Designer Criseida Serpas set out to create timeless, classic designs with a sexy edge, all while putting comfort and fit at the forefront of each design. While growing up in Compton and surrounding inner cities, she made the best of her impoverished upbringing.
Her father, an artist, army veteran and sign maker, made sure she always had crayons, paint and something to draw on.
Along with her mother, she roamed thrift shops and church don
ation boxes to see what clothing she could grab to make her next outfits. In a childhood ravaged by poverty, hunger, and countless evictions, she found art and fashion was a way to escape and express her creativity.
A lifelong love of fashion was born! After graduating from Cal State University Long Beach, she set out to work for design houses to learn how its done. And she did. Now she sets out on a mission to do it better, badder and for better prices! The mission continues as she sets out to dress as many gorgeous girls as she can!
